Glenn A. Pfaff, M.D.

Medical Director

Glenn Pfaff, MD, is an established and highly skilled physician with over 39 years of experience in Internal Medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa and his bachelor’s degree in Zoology from Florida Atlantic University. He is affiliated with Orlando Health and has been working with Access IPC since 2016

Dr. Daniel Pavlik, Jr DC

Chiropractor

Dr. Dan’s passion in clinical practice will be focused on the analysis, treatment, and rehabilitation of acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries. He received post-doctorate training in “Whiplash Traumatology” from the Spine Research Institute of San Diego as well as post-doctorate training in Chiropractic Management of Sports Injuries. Dr. Dan has also been privileged in treating many local professional sports leaders as well as working with local youth sports players.

Dr. Soyer Kaya DC

Chiropractor

A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Dr Kaya attended the University of Maryland and continued his undergraduate education at the University of Maryland School of Medicine,,graduating with a degree in BioMedical Research. He went on to pursue his passion in the health sciences and nutrition with an understanding of the body’s natural healing abilities and sought out the profession he felt most rewarding, Chiropractic. Dr Kaya is also active in the community and is looking forward to seeing patients of Pavlik Center for Health and Wellness.

Dr. Jae Oh DC

Chiropractor

Dr. Jae Oh has lived in Orlando, FL since 2001. He was born in Seoul, South Korea and spent his childhood growing up in San Jose, CA, and Weston, FL. He graduated from Dr. Phillips High School, then went on to graduate from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology and Microbiology. He worked as an Emergency Dept Advanced Clinical Technician/EMT at Orlando Regional Medical Center for over 3 years all while receiving various awards for hard work and dedication. His life was changed when he was exposed to chiropractic as a patient at Pavlik Chiropractic.

Dr. Kevin Yates DC

Chiropractor

He received his doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine from Life University in 1988. His post-graduate education includes certification in functional diagnostic nutrition with ongoing studies from the functional medicine university. His focus is on the natural restoration and maintenance of health through diet and nutrition. Dr. Yates also received post-doctorate education in “whiplash traumatology” from the spine research institute of San Diego to provide effective treatment for those involved in auto accidents.

Kristin Consiglio Taylor PA-C

Physician Assistant

Kristin Consiglio-Taylor is a board-certified physician assistant. Mrs. Consiglio-Taylor, focuses on disease prevention and promoting healthy lifestyles, completed over a year of clinical clerkships in multiple fields of medicine in various medical centers and private practices throughout Florida.

Christina Pagan PA-C

Physician Assistant

Christina Pagan is a board certified physician assistant, and native Floridian. Christina attended Florida Southern College where she received a Bachelor of Science degree. Following graduation from FSC, she attained two master’s of science degrees: one from the University Of South Florida in Medicine and one in Physician Assistant studies, graduating with highest honors from Nova Southeastern University- Orlando.

Nickisha Brown, PA-C

Physician Assistant

Nickisha Brown is a board certified physician assistant, and has been a Floridian for most of her life. Nickisha attended Florida International University in Miami where she received a Bachelor of Science degree and found a love for South Florida. Following graduation from FIU, she attained her Master of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies, graduating with honors from Nova Southeastern University – Orlando.
